Feldmeier Equipment hiring! Immediate opening for a Maintenance Specialist to join the maintenance team.
As a maintenance specialist at Feldmeier, you will work with to ensure the production floor is set up for success, by working proactively to maintain machinery and production tools / equipment.
For over 70 years Feldmeier Equipment has been leading the industry, fabricating vessels that produce food, beverages, medicine and cosmetic products for customers around the world.

Minimum 5 years manufacturing maintenance experience Ambition, self-starter attitude High attention to detail Knowledge of mechanical maintenance process Critical thinking ability to troubleshoot and detect malfunctioning Ability to thrive in fast paced environment Possess the discipline to execute tasks without procrastination Good time management to work at a good pace, executing word orders and demands Ability to handle basic tools Knowledge of safety precautions Troubleshoot equipment; make recommendations for repairs and modifications of existing equipment, and controls to improve equipment operation and reliability Maintain manufacturing equipment Establish priority plan for maintenance personnel daily Oversee maintenance schedules, work orders to optimize utilization of resources in alignment with equipment availability and plant priorities Implement Plant Preventive Maintenance program and procedures Supervise installation of new equipment, and works to optimize uptime and minimize downtime Lead, train and mentor maintenance personnel Perform scheduled repairs and plan for outage Plan and direct maintenance projects, functions, and initiatives to ensure optimal machine production Maintain and control an optimum level of spare parts inventory, while controlling spending and staying within required budgets Support Safety, Health and Environmental initiatives and support production goals MAINTENACNE SPECIALIST JOB BENEFITS Premium Pay for Vacation, Holidays, Paid Time Off, Travel, Event Tickets, Company Picnics, Profit Sharing, other incentives Night Shift Differential Insurance Benefits include:
